Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY For Spiritual Services: Please be aware of a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. If you must cancel your session for any reason within 24 hours of the scheduled session, 100% of the session funds will be retained. Soul Realignment sessions require time spent before the scheduled appointment and will result in a $75 fee retained when canceled regardless of how far in advanced the appointment is canceled. There is a one-time courtesy appointment date change allowed to avoid a cancellation fee. For Massage Services: The 25% deposit will be retained for all cancelations. There is a one-time courtesy appointment date change allowed to avoid cancellation. Please email me to update your appointment date for your courtesy date change. Thank you for your understanding!
